BVM Homes is a family business, owned and operated by the Meaghers. Vince started it in 1997, four of us work in it today, and Ryan runs pre-construction. Additions and custom homes across Toronto’s east end are all we do, more than 100 of them, not a sideline between kitchens and bathrooms.
A live framing job, a clean site, and a crew that stops to talk to you cannot be faked. That is why we let you walk an active build, meet the crew, and talk to the families who have already built with us, all before you ever sign a thing.

01 A real budget before drawings
We give a fixed price before you spend tens of thousands of dollars on drawings. On site, ask any owner what they were quoted and what they actually paid.
02 Fixed price, no surprises
Every BVM addition is fixed price. Our Chilton Road clients went from 700 to 1,500 sq ft with zero surprise overruns.
03 An honest stay or move answer
Sometimes the right move is to move, and we will tell you so. A visit is where you find out whether building is truly right for your family.
04 Additions are the specialty
More than 100 additions and custom homes since 1997, featured in CBC, the Toronto Star, Fortune and Canadian Press. This is all we do.

Before you come
Questions we get
Does a visit cost anything?
No. There is no cost and no obligation to build with us. It is a chance to see real work and decide for yourself.
Can we talk to families who have built with you?
Yes, and we encourage it. Walking an active build is the first step. When you are seriously considering us, we connect you directly with past clients so you can hear about the experience in their own words, before you commit to anything.
We are not building until 2027 or 2028. Should we still come?
Yes. The best time to plan is one to two years out. Families in that window are exactly who these visits are for, and it is the ideal time to lock in a budget and a spot in our schedule.
Can I bring my partner or our architect?
Please do. The more of your team that sees how we build, the better the questions and the clearer your decision.
What will I actually see?
A live BVM build at whatever stage it is in, framing, mechanical, or finishing. You will meet the team, see the quality and the site standards, and get honest answers about cost and timeline.
