Why start with a conversation

Most families do not need a contractor yet. They need a straight answer.

You have a house that almost works, a rough number in your head, and a list of questions nobody has answered without trying to sell you something. Before drawings, before permits, before you commit to anything, thirty minutes with a builder who has priced more than a hundred of these projects will tell you whether the plan in your head survives contact with reality.

Sometimes the honest answer is that your project makes sense and here is the next step. Sometimes it is that a different project fits your property better. And sometimes it is that you should wait, and we will tell you that too.

What 30 minutes covers

Four things we will talk through, honestly.

1

Your property and your plan

What you are hoping to build, what your lot and house are working with, and what families in similar homes have done.

2

A realistic budget conversation

Where projects like yours actually land, drawn from real BVM budgets, so your number and the real number can meet each other early.

3

Your questions, answered plainly

Timelines, permits, living through construction, whether to move instead. Ask anything. You will get the same answer our clients get.

4

Your honest next step

Maybe that is a site visit, maybe a feasibility review of your property, maybe waiting a year. You will leave knowing which, and why.

Questions we get

Is this a sales call?

No. The 30 minutes belongs to you and your questions. If BVM is the right fit for your project, we will tell you what working together looks like, but only if you ask. Plenty of families take what they learned and keep planning on their own.

Do I need drawings or plans first?

No. Most families we talk to have not drawn anything yet, and that is the best time to talk. If you do have drawings, even better, and you may also want our no-cost plan review.

How is this different from the Feasibility Report?

This call is a conversation: your questions, our honest answers, and a clear next step. The Feasibility Report is professional pre-construction work on your specific property: a written review of what your lot allows, what it will realistically cost, and whether it is worth doing. Many families start with this call and step up to the report when they are ready.

We are not building until 2027 or 2028. Is it too early?

That is the ideal time. The families who get the best outcomes start the conversation one to two years out, when there is still time to plan properly and hold a spot in our schedule.

Can my partner or our architect join?

Please. It is a virtual meeting, so send the invite to whoever is part of the decision. The more of your team on the call, the more useful it is.

What should I have ready?

Nothing is required. If you want to make the most of it: your address, a rough sense of what you want to add or change, and the budget range you are hoping to stay inside.

Thirty minutes now can save you a year of guessing.

Book the call. Worst case, you leave with straight answers.
